Every usage of the Service will be governed only by the most recent version of the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business. Our business does not ordinarily rent or sell your personal information, although the information may, with your consent, be made available to third parties, licensed or otherwise.
We understand that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately, and here we explain how we collect information, what we do with it and how Users can have control over their information.

PikaBlink is not designed for or intended for use by children under 13. Users under 18 are strongly advised to use PikaBlink with a consent form and the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and suspect that your child under 13 has provided us with any information, you can email us at pikablink@pikablink.com and we will take proper steps to delete the information. If we discover on our own that we have inadvertently gathered any information from a child under 13, we will immediately take steps to delete it.

  3. Acquired by the social media that is connected to the application: e.g. profile information and email address (we will never have access to your password or user ID). You can always disable the integration of your social media to the Service on the settings page of the Application, although this will no longer allow you to access some functions of PikaBlink

The data will be processed in accordance with the purposes indicated and in accordance with the requirements of confidentiality and the most appropriate security measures, as indicated by the Privacy. The computer systems and software will be configured to minimize the use of personal and identification data that are not necessary for the processing purposes outlined above.

What do we use your information for?

We might use the information you provide and location services for customized advertisements such as banners, in-app notifications or push notifications (PikaBlink gives you the tools to suspend or opt-out from push notifications that are sent by our Partners).
We also use location information to administer the Service, to improve the Service, to personalize your experience, to provide software updates, to better understand your needs, and to provide further information. For non-personally identifiable information, we may use it to analyze trends, to share with partners to deliver tailored ads, discounts, etc. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Piri Piri uses this data only in aggregate form. We may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers collectively use our Services, so that our partners can understand how and how often the users are using our application.

Notifications

Our Partners are allowed to send Push Notifications to Users.  Push Notifications are an important part of our Service, this is why we encourage Users to manage this feature from the settings bar in PikaBlink, instead of completely disabling push notifications from the app.
If you don’t want to receive Push Notifications at all, you can opt-out from the settings page of your device or you can simply disable the specific Partners you don’t want to receive messages from. This can be done through the settings side bar in PikaBlink.
Many parts of our Service rely on Push Notifications and disabling them will limit the User experience.

How do we protect your information?

Piri Piri takes many steps to keep your information safe, but it isn’t possible to prevent all security breaches, therefore we hold no liability. We cannot guarantee the security of account information or any email transmissions. In the case of a suspected security breach, we will attempt to contact you via the email you provided. Additionally, it is up to each User to ensure the privacy of their password and any other confidential information when utilizing any features that are viewable by the public.
